I wish I had an Aunt Helen. I had something close, my Mom's college roommate and I have the ring she had custom made from her Mom's engagement ring and wear it often. Thank you for sharing this vivid and wonderful memory.

I thought the same as Nancy Malcolm. “Everyone needs an Aunt Helen”. I am touched by the way I which she encouraged the author, the way she included her in those special occasions. Thank for the story as well as the picture of her smiling. A touching piece at a time when this was necessary.
